Disclaimer Statement

The Healthy Vision Community Programs Database has solicited information from Healthy Vision Community Award recipients and the National Eye Health Education Program Partnership about their eye health education programs. The programs in this database are those of the organizations that submitted them and do not represent programs endorsed by the National Eye Institute or the National Eye Health Education Program. The NEI presents this program data as a contribution to the dialog on community-based strategies to address eye health education.
